Lea Pigage, R.P.Bio., PMP, ACC

Partner Executive Coach

Lea is a leadership, team and project management coach located in Whitehorse, Yukon and practicing worldwide.  Her coaching practice is focused on helping leaders and their teams increase productivity and wellness. Her experience as a scientist allows her to use neuroscience-based tools and techniques to support her clients growth and development. 

Through her experience as a project manager, Lea is able to help her clients go from big picture goals and ideas to actionable tasks. She has led large teams to overcome challenges to achieve their ultimate goal.  As a highly sensitive person (HSP), Lea also understands the gifts and challenges of being an HSP and is able to support other HSP’s, and people with sensory challenges, in their journey to thriving.   

Lea works with her clients to align their days with their priorities. This might included the development of habits and rhythms, developing a clear plan on how to achieve the goal, establishing boundaries, and/or simplifying workflows and processes.

Experience:

  • 20 years conducting environmental assessments in Canada and seeing the effects of climate change first hand.

  • 16 years of project management experience, nine years as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

  • 14 years of conducting environmental assessments in Canada’s North.

  • Working with Yukon First Nation governments to create change in a sustainable way.

  • Working for Yukon Energy, Yukon’s energy producer, to relicense existing hydroelectric facilities.

  • Working for First Nation Governments as their representative on renewable energy licensing projects.
