Working in diverse Leadership roles for American corporations within the energy sector, David has experienced first hand the need of science-based, solution-focused coaching to achieve targets. With a lead role in a cultural change network, he’s achieved more sustainability & reduce emissions, developing alternative products on the market. He also enjoyed his work as in-house coach and global advisor to build coaching programs for leadership teams to reach their goals.

More importantly David shares his experience how we can transform ourselves and our company to make a global impact. His experience of losing everything from one day to another, encouraged him to think outside the box. This led to an expanding business to the global market hosting events for the leading companies around the world.

David is fluent in German, Czech and English. He lives in Prague, Czech Republic with his wife Lucie and their two children.

What motivates David:

"I grew up in a small German forest village with maybe 700 people at that time. I was 8 years old when I started collecting signatures to stop the killing of whales. I gathered about 60 signatures and was very proud. Today, I am glad that I improved on how I can support this planet and many things have changed by now, but my heart did not since then."
